Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1 cupbesan or gram flour
  2. 1/2 tbspajwain /carom seads
  3. 1/8 tbspturmeric
  4. 1/8 tbspred chilli powder
  5. 1/8 tbspkalimirch powder
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 3 tbspchopped onion
  8. 1green chilli finally chopped
  9. 1 tbspchopped ginger
  10. 1/2 spoonchopped coriander leaves
  11. 2/3 cupof water aur as required for the better
  12. as neededOil or ghee

    Add besian,ajwain,Kalimirch powder,red chilli powder salt to taste in a mixing bowl and everything well.

  2. 2

    Add ginger,coriander, onion, green chilli. Pour enough water to make thick better but pourable consistency.

  3. 3

    Take a non stick pan grease it lightly with few drops of oil on a medium flame.

  4. 4

    Mix the better well. Take a ladle of better and put in the middle of the pan and quickly spread to a round chilla.

  5. 5

    Put some oil around the corner and center of the chilla.

  6. 6

    Allow to cook until edges leave the pan.

  7. 7

    Flip it to the other side. Press down edges with the help of spatula.

  8. 8

    Fry the chilla until it cooked completely and gets golden spots.

  9. 9

    Hense your chila is ready to serve enjoy with curd,chutni or tea.
