    Amla ke beej nikaal lein. Gur dal kar amla ko pees lein.jarurt pde to pani bhi dal sakte.

    Non stick pan me 1 tsp ghee dal kar raagi ke ate ko bhun lein.jab ata bhun jaye to amla puree,chini dal kar pakayen..

    Coconut dry fruits,bacha hua ghee dalen aur tb tak pkayen jab tak sara batter pan chor ke ikatha na hone lage.
