Firstly take a cooker put raw mango and add water and cook them 3-4whistle
And cool down - 2
Peel the Kairi and extract the soft pulp out of it

Now soak saffron in little amount of water

Take a ice tray put mint leaves and water in every part of ice tray and put them in Frizzer to make ice cube

Now take a jar put kairi pulp, sugar,black salt, pepper powder and grind it now add 2 glass chilled water and mix well

Now add saffron and cardamom powder mix well

Pour this Kairi pana in to the glasses and put minty ice cubes

Garnish with saffron and mint leaves
Serve chilled
