In a pressure cooker take 3cup water, add the haldi powder, salt and moong dal.

When it boils add all the diced washed vegetables. Add crushed ginger, bayleaf and close the cooker.

After 2whistle switch off the flame. In another kadai take oil/ghee, add panchphutan 2dry chillies when all splutters add chopped onion fry tii golden brown then add the cooked dalma boil it, add fryed jeera and chilli powder and coriander leaves.

Serve with rice
