Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmoong dal
  2. 2diced potatoes
  3. 1 cupdiced yellow pumpkin
  4. 1raw banana/brinjal
  5. 1 cupdiced Green papaya
  6. 1tomato
  7. 1bay leaf
  8. 1 tspfryed jeera+dry chilli powder
  9. 2 tspOil/ghee
  10. as your tastejeera
  11. Onion optional
  12. as requiredGinger crushed
  13. PinchHaldi powder
  14. as requiredsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pressure cooker take 3cup water, add the haldi powder, salt and moong dal.

  2. 2

    When it boils add all the diced washed vegetables. Add crushed ginger, bayleaf and close the cooker.

  3. 3

    After 2whistle switch off the flame. In another kadai take oil/ghee, add panchphutan 2dry chillies when all splutters add chopped onion fry tii golden brown then add the cooked dalma boil it, add fryed jeera and chilli powder and coriander leaves.

    Serve with rice
