  2. 1 cupsingade ka atta
  3. 1 cupdahi
  4. 3-4 spoongreen chutney
  5. 1/2red chilli powder
  6. 1/4 spoonbhuna jeera powder
  7. 1/2 spoonJeera
  8. 1 spoonsugar
  9. 1 spoonsendha Namak
  10. 1/2 spoonghee

    Ghobhi Ko wash karke Kadukash kar lege.

    Ek non stick pan garam karege, usme great Kiya hua ghobhi dal kar 5 minutes tak medium flame pe dry roast kar lege.

    Ek bowl lege Usme singare ka atta, taste ke according salt,jeera,red chilli powder, water dal kar ek thick batter Bana lege.

    Ab is batter me roast Kiya hua ghobhi dal kar acchi trah mix kar lege,aur 5 minutes tak cover karke rakh dege.

    Dahi me sugar dal kar acche trah mix kar lege.

    Ek appam pan lege use ghee dalege aur garam karege.
