Sabudane ko wash karke usme itna pani dale ki sabudane bas doob jaye. Bilkul satah ko chhuta hua pani hoga to sabudane sticky nahi balki khile khile banenge. Raatbhar bhigo dein.

Pan mein ghee mein jeera, hari mirch kati, curry leaves uble aloo ke tukde dalkar mix karein. Sendha namak dalkar mix karein sabudana dalkar chalaye. dardari pisi roasted mungfali dalkar mix karke 5 minutes bich bich mein chalate huye medium heat par pakaye. Lemon juice & dhaniya patti dalkar mix kar dein.
