Sama rice ko pan mein low flame par roast karke bowl mein nikal lein. Pan mein ghee mein peanuts fry karke plate mein nikal lein. kaju fry karke plate mein nikal lein.

Ghee mein jeera, hari mirch, curry patte ka tadka lagakar potato ke tukde dalkar mix karke sama rice dalkar mix karein. 3 cup pani dalkar Ubal ane par sendha namak dalkar mix karein aur dhakkar 10 minutes dheemi anch par pakaye. Half tsp kali mirch powder half tsp sugar dalkar mix karein.

Fried kaju & peanuts dalkar mix karke 2 minutes bhunkar gas off kar dein. 5 minutes dhakkar rakh dein. Dhaniya patti aur lemon juice add karke serve karein.
