Assemble all ingredients a bowl.

Combine all and mix all properly.

Make round shape croquettes.

Coat croquettes in Rajgira flour.

Heat oil in a Kadhai. Slide croquettes in hot oil. Deep fry them until golden brown.

Transfer in to plate.

Serve with green coriander & peanuts chutney.
