Pre bake potatoes for 1 hour to 1 hour 20 min. Cool

Cut out a oval like top off. Peel skin from tops. Reserve flesh.

Hollow out insides with spoon. Reserve flesh, make sure inner wall is not to thin for filling.

Add all ingredients together, mash. Ideally you want a creamy texture.

Fill potatoes, make mountain like filling.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Potatoes should brown and carmelize when ready. Cool before eating.
