Ingredients

6 servings
  • 3 packagesfresh salmon packs
  • 2each eggs
  • 1 packagesglutino crackers (one sleeve) or 3/4 sleeve Ritz
  • 3/4 cupsliced green onion
  • 1 tbspminced fresh dill
  • 2 tbspshredded parmesan
  • 1 tbspminced italian parsely
  • 1/2 tsptumeric
  • to tasteKosher salt black pepper
  • 1/2 cupplain Panko bread crumbs for coating
  • 2 tbspbutter 2 tbsp olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Crush crackers finely

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients well, form into patties

  3. 3

    Refrigerate one hour

  4. 4

    Melt some butter in non stick pan and heat with oil to med high

  5. 5

    Coat chilled patties in Panko crumbs

  6. 6

    Cook patties about 3 minutes each side until browned flip tenderly
