add 2 stalks celery with leaves, to sausage mix

add 1 Tablespoon minced or fresh garlic

add 1 small jar pimento for color

add 16 cups toasted bread crumbs, such as cornbread, bisquits, rolls, etc.

add 3 or 4 beaten eggs

add one large blue bag of Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

add one or two small cans of sliced water chestnuts

add one half to one cup chopped pecans or English walnuts

add one chopped apple

add at least four cans of chicken broth

bake at 375°F for 30 - 45 minutes or until done, may want to cover with foil so it does not dry out
