Ingredients

  1. 1 packagesrefrigerated pie crust
  2. 1 packagescream cheese, softened
  3. 3eggs, divided
  4. 3/4 cupsugar, divided
  5. 4 tsppure vanilla extract, divided
  6. 1/2 cuplight corn syrup
  7. 3 tbspmelted butter
  8. 1/4 tspsalt
  9. 2 cuptoasted pecan pieces

Cooking Instructions

    Pre heat oven to 350°f

  2. 2

    prepare crust as directed for a1 crusty pie, using a 9" deep dish pie plate

  3. 3

    beat cream cheese, 1 egg, 1/4 cup sugar and 2tsp vanilla. In a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium, until smooth. Spread evenly on bottom of crust. bake 15 min.

    beat remaining 2 eggs and 1/2 cup sugar in large bowl with a wire whisk until smooth. Add corn syrup butter, remaining vanilla extract and salt; stir until well blended. Sprinkle pecan pieces over baked cream cheese layer. slowly pour corn syrup mixture over nuts. bake 35-40 min or until just set in center. Cool completely on wire rack.
