Steps

First soak the urad dal for 40 minutes.

Then in mixer grinder add dal, green chillies, salt, coriander leaves and grind it as thick paste.

Then in a steamer steam this mix for 10 minutes.

In frying pan add water 2 ts of cooking oil salt and allow to boil. Then add the rice flour and make it into thick batter.

Then next make this into small balls. In the hand make it as a plate an then keep the steamed urad dal mix inside and keep it. Prepare this around 10 pieces.

Steam this in the steamer, for 10 minutes.

Urad dal kozhakattai is ready to taste.
