Ingredients

  1. 2 bunchescurry leaves
  2. 2 cupsThuvaran dal
  3. 3ts of pepper, azefoetida powder
  4. 2ts salt
  5. 5-6red chillies

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    First dry fry the curry leaves.

  2. 2

    Then in a frying pan add azafoetida, red chillies, pepper and Thuvaran dal.

  3. 3

    Fry it till it becomes light brown.

  4. 4

    Then allow to cool for 20 minutes. Then make it into smooth powder.

  5. 5

    Preserve it in a pet bottle for a month. Need not refridgerate.
