Ingredients

  1. 500 gmpork
  2. 2 tablespoonSchezwan sauce
  3. 3Onion sliced
  4. 3Tomato diced
  5. 1 tablespoonGinger garlic paste

    Wash the pork thoroughly.

  2. 2

    Heat up the pan

  3. 3

    Add the pork

  4. 4

    Add salt and pepper

  5. 5

    Add ginger garlic paste

  6. 6

    Stir fry for 15 mins in high flame.

  7. 7

    Cook for 20 mins in low flame

  8. 8

    Add the Schezwan sauce

  9. 9

    Add the onions and tomatoes

  10. 10

    Stir fry until everything gets mixed

  11. 11

    Add some brandy

  12. 12

    Flambe it.

  13. 13

    Sauté it for another 10 mins in high flame.
