Ingredients

  • 2 lbskirt steak
  • 1/3 cuplow sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cuppacked brown sugar
  • 2 tbspfresh lime juice
  • 2 tbspminced garlic
  • 1/2 cupcourse chopped scallions
  • 2 tbsptoasted sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cupsesame oil
  • 2 tspcourse salt

Steps

10 mins
  1. 1

    Put steak in flat container

  2. 2

    Mix all other ingredients until sugar disolves

  3. 3

    Pour over steak

  4. 4

    Refrigerate to marinade at least 1 hour

  5. 5

    Bring to room temperature before grilling

  6. 6

    Grill 4 minutes on each side

  7. 7

    Let stand for 10 minutes

  8. 8

    Cut and serve
