Peel yam and cut into rectangles. Soak in water and drain. Pat dry and fry. Double fry and sprinkle salt and set aside.

Cut and chop veggies. Heat pan with oil. Add onions and fry a little. Add tomato and later habenaro pepper. Add salt check taste and add spring onion leaves. Take of Heat and set aside. Serve with decks of yam.
