2-3boiled potatoes
2green chillies
1/2 teaspooncumin seeds
2 teaspoongreen coriander chopped
1 teaspoonlemon juice
To tastesea salt
as neededOil

Peel and cut the boiled potatoes.

Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds and green chillies,saute for 2 minutes.

Now add cut potatoes and saute for 5-10 minutes on low flame.

Switch off the flame,add green coriander and lemon juice.

Serve hot.
