Part boil the pasta

In a large frying pan add the olive oil

Fry the sausage whole to colour them browned. remove them and set aside to cut them up, cut them into half inch pieces.

In the same pan add the onions fry for a minute add the garlic and fry mix in make a well in the middle and add the wine let it bubble for a time.

Add the veg and stir add all the herbs and mix well cook for 5 minutes

Add the sausage,canned tomatoes, pepper, and Cherry tomatoes stir in.

Then add the veg stock, and fresh bay leaves and the half boiled pasta add it all together and transfer to an oven dish and cook on 180 for 30 minutes

Serve with a little fresh parsley.
