Steps

Peel off the parwal and give s cut at the both ends

Peel off the Potatoes and cut into long slices
- 3
Heat a wok add oil and saute the parwal adding salt and sugar
- 4
As the parwal gets fried well take out of the wok and keep aside
- 5
Now fry the Potatoes adding salt and turmeric and keep aside
- 6
Add oil in the wok and temper the whole jeera and bay leaf
- 7
Add the ginger paste and saute well till the raw smell disappears

Add all the masala powder and salt,mix well
- 9
Now add the tomatoes and cover till it gets soft
- 10
Add the fried veggies combine all well

Add water and cover till the veggies get tender

Finally add sugar and chopped green chillies and garam masala powder
