Steps

Take s pressure cooker and cook the peas adding water,salt and turmeric powder till it gets boiled well

Add oil in a heated pan temper the whole jeera,bay leaf and chopped chillies

Now saute the ginger paste for a minute

Add all the powder masalas,salt and mix well
- 5
Add tomatoes saute well till it becomes soft
- 6
Pour in the boiled peas and mix well, allow it to boil
- 7
Add sugar and the grinded masala powder mix well
- 8
Yellow peas ghoogni is ready
