Steps

Heat smoker to 275°F.

Mix rub ingredients and apply to ribs.

Put ribs in smoker meat side down and set to 235°F. Add pecan wood or wood of choice. Leave them smoking for 2 hours.

Flip ribs over, add more wood and smoke for 45 more minutes.

Remove ribs and place on foil. Drizzle with honey, brown sugar, melted butter, and chili sauce.

Close foil loosely and place back in the smoker for 40 minutes.

Remove ribs from foil and brush on sweet baby rays BBQ sauce, then return to smoker for 30 minutes and add a small amount of additional wood.

Remove and let rest for 10 minutes.
