1/3 tspbaking soda
1 tbspwater
1/2 tspsalt
1 tspsugar
1 tbspsoy sauce
1 tbspcorn starch
1/4 tspsesame oil
1 tbspminced garlic
1good grind of black pepper
1cooking oil

Cut ribs into bite size pieces

Combine all other ingredientsto make marinade

Combine ribs and marinade and let sit for 1 hour

Deep fry ribs in hot oil until golden brown

Drain on paper towel and enjoy
