  1. 480 gramspork spare ribs
  2. 1/3 tspbaking soda
  3. 1 tbspwater
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1 tspsugar
  6. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  7. 1 tbspcorn starch
  8. 1/4 tspsesame oil
  9. 1 tbspminced garlic
  10. 1good grind of black pepper
  11. 1cooking oil

  1. 1

    Cut ribs into bite size pieces

  2. 2

    Combine all other ingredientsto make marinade

  3. 3

    Combine ribs and marinade and let sit for 1 hour

  4. 4

    Deep fry ribs in hot oil until golden brown

  5. 5

    Drain on paper towel and enjoy
