2onion, chopped
500 gramsmince beef
1/4cabbage, sliced - I somethings use bok choy
2Celery sticks (chopped)
1 cupGreen beans
1 packetContinental Chicken Noodle Soup
1 tbspcurry powder
3 cupwater
For a bit more colour, I add a couple or diced carrots

In a large saucepan, brown mince & onion.

Add all other ingredients and simmer until liquid is reduced right down … about 30-45 mins.

Serve with boiled white rice. Have Soy Sauce on hand as a condiment.
