preheat oven to 250C.

crumble 8 weetbixs into a large bowl

add coconut, cocoa powder, sugar, flour and mix until combined

melt butter in microwave and and pour over little by little until mixture is soft but still a little crunchy

place in a cooking tin sprayed with oil spray or lined with baking paper

cook in oven for 50mins or until crunchy

After being taken out of oven, place in freezer until cooled down

For the icing add icing sugar, butter, and cocoa powder in a bowl and add water and mix together

Then smooth out icing on top of slice and sprinkle coconut over the top and serve
