Ingredients

  1. 4Boiled Potato-
  2. 1/2 teaspoonSendha Namak- As per taste
  3. 1/2 teaspoon 1/Black pepper- 1 tspn
  4. 1/2 teaspoonKashmiri mirch-2 2 tspn
  5. 1 teaspoonAmchoor
  6. 1 bigTomato
  7. 1 big piecePineapple
  8. 1 cupYogurt
  9. 1/2 cupMint and Fresh coriander-
  10. 1 tablespoonDesi ghee-
  11. 1 teaspoonJeera- 1 tspn

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take non-stick stick kadai add ghee heat it. Add jeera crackle put Boiled potato saute on low flame.

  2. 2

    Add namak, kashmiri chilly powder and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Add chopped tomato saute for 5 minutes and cover it.t on low flame for 5 minutes.
