Ingredients

25-30 minutes
2servings
  1. 2 cupsabodana soaked
  2. 3medium boiled potatoes
  3. 1/2 cuproasted peanut crushed
  4. 1 tablespoonsesame seeds
  5. 1 teaspoongreen chilli & ginger paste
  6. 2 tablespoonArrowroot Powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoonRock salt
  8. As neededOil to deep fry

Steps

25-30 minutes
  1. 1

    Place the mashed potatoes in a bowl add salt, green chilli & ginger paste add sesame seeds add peanut crushed add soaked saboodana mix well.

  2. 2

    Add arrowroot powder and mix.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the tikkis till crisp and golden brown.

  4. 4

    Serve hot saboodana aloo tikki with mint and coriander chutney
