Cut beef into 1 1/4in cubes. Place in Ziploc bag.

Combine Beef Broth, Soy Sauce, Canola Oil, Ginger, Garlic & Tarragon. Pour 2/3 over beef.

Let set at room temperature for 30 minutes. Soak wooden skewers.

Thread Meat, Onions, Zucchini & Peppers on soaked wooden skewers.

Grill over Medium-High head for 10-12 minutes, turning and basting with reserved marinade.
