For each packet, place a pineapple slice on a double thickness of heavy duty foil.

Top each packet with shrimp & red pepper

Combine brown sugar + seasoning, sprinkle over shrimp and dot with butter.

Grill over medium head for 10-15 minutes, or until shrimp turns pink.

Be careful when opening packets due to steam escaping.
