Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
  2. 1/4 cupcornstarch
  3. 2 tbspinstant mashed potatoes
  4. 1 pinchcayenne pepper
  5. 1 cupclub soda
  6. 3 cuppanko
  7. 3yellow onions

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all dry ingredients together

  2. 2

    Pour club soda into dry

  3. 3

    Cut onions into 1/4 inch rings

  4. 4

    Dip onions in wet then into bowl of panko

  5. 5

    Fry in oil, olive oil or vegetable
