  2. 1 cupextra virgin olive oil
  3. 1/3 cuplemon juice
  4. 1/4 cuphoney
  5. 3 tbspbasil
  6. 2 cloveminced garlic
  7. 1/4 cupspinach
  8. Pasta
  9. 3 cuppenne noodles
  10. 1 cuptorn spinach
  11. 540 mlchick peas
  12. 1 cupdiced chicken
  13. 1/2 cupgoat cheese

  1. 1

    Boil water, add noodles, and cook until tender

    Fry chicken in olive oil and dried basil

    Pour honey, basil, and lemon juice into blender and process briefly

    Add oil to blender and process briefly

    Add spinach and process

    Combine chicken and noodles in large pan on medium-low heat

    Pour dressing onto noodles and mix well

    Add chick peas to pasta

    Add spinach and cook mixture for 3 minutes on low heat

    Scoop pasta into bowl, crumble goat cheese on top, and serve
