Ingredients

  1. 1 bagtortilla chips (about 6 oz or 170 grams)
  2. 1cucumber
  3. 7 ozJapanese-style peanuts (about 200 grams)
  4. Valentina hot sauce, to taste
  5. Worcestershire sauce, to taste
  6. 1little Clamato juice
  7. 2limes
  8. 10 1/2 ozchili-covered tamarind candy (about 300 grams)

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash, peel, and dice the cucumber into small cubes.

  2. 2

    In a bowl or on a plate, add half the bag of tortilla chips.

    Add the Japanese-style peanuts.

    Next, add the cucumber.

    Then add the chili-covered tamarind candy (you can also use chili-covered pineapple).

    Drizzle with a little Clamato juice.

    Add some Valentina hot sauce.

    Then add Worcestershire sauce (and Maggi seasoning, if desired).

    Finally, squeeze some lime juice on top and add salt if you like.
