  • 2 tspchopped hari dhaniya
  • 1 tspLal mirch powder
  • to tasterock salt
  • 300 gmpaneer crumbled
  • 2chopped tomato
  • 1 tspcumeen seed
  • 4dry red chilli
  • Water
  • 500 mloil
  • 1 glassplain chaas
  • as per tasteFor chach tempering.... jeera souf and chopped green chilli... salt

Steps

    For poori......mashed aaloo ko bowl me dale,singhade ka aata dale sendha namak,laal mirch chopped dhaniya dale thoda pani dal ke ache se mix jyda geela na karein hum tikki form me thickness chaiye....oil garam karein and hatho se mixture ko poori ka shape de bht patla na karein oil me dale fry karein... poori ready

    Crumbled paneer.... pan me oil garam karein jeera dale sabut lal mirch tod ke dale chopped tomato dale lal mirch dale jab sb ache se pak jaye tb paneer aur sendha namak dale.... 5 mint ache se bhoone... crumbled paneer ready

    Chaach tempering... chach ko ache se fete sendha namak dale.... tadkaa pan me bht thoda sa oil jeera sounf green chilli dal ke gas pe garam karein chach me dale.... chach ready
