Keep ginger n 4 garlic buds crushed n ready. Cut 5 chillies into big pieces n keep at the ready.

Clean n wash the corriander n pudina, chop.

Add everything into the mixer, pre-crushed/chopped for ease.

Add salt n chaat masala.

Plug the mixer n make a thick paste. Add a lil water if required, according to the consistency desired.
