8 ozunsalted butter
2 tspground cumin
1 tbspcilantro
1 clovegarlic
1/4 cuplemon juice
salt
pepper

Peel and pit the avocado.

Take all of the ingredients and pave in a food processor bowl. Mix until well done

Remove from food processor and place on parchment paper and shape into a log

Store in the fridge
