Ingredients

salad
1 bunchcauliflower, chopped and prepared
1 packagespeppered bacon bits
1/2 cuphoney balsamic dressing
1sunflower seeds to taste
1/2 packagescraisins

Combine all ingredients in large bowl.

Refrigerate. It gets better as it marinades over time.

If you can't find the honey balsamic in the market, mix 4 oz honey with 2 oz vinegar and 2 oz of oil and a dash of Worcestershire, shake well and pour over tossed salad.
