Measure out 2cups of quarker oat and pour in a blender.(dont add water)

Boil a cup of water in a pot as is boiling pour in the quarker oat.with a wooden spartula stir till is well incorporated.

Add a little water is necessary stir for 15minutes.viola oatmeal is ready.
