Ingredients

2 serving
  • 1pineapple medium size
  • 6cashew fruit
  • 1small beetroot
  • 1pineapple medium size
  • 6cashew fruit
  • 1small bitrus

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel pineapple back cut into bits and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Wash cashew fruit and bitrus.

  3. 3

    Blend everything together then squeeze out the juice.

  4. 4

    Refridgerate the drink,the bitrus brought out the pink colour very tasty and refreshing.

  5. 5

    Serve chill and enjoy.
