Soak all the dry fruits saprately for 1 hours.

Now make a paste of the soaked dry fruits.

Now grind fennel seeds and black pepper, rose petals and cardamom and keep aside.

Now take a pan and put the milk on it and cook for 7-8mins.

Now add dry fruits paste and cook for 5mins.

Now add dry masala and sugar. Cook for some time.

Now switch off the flame and let the thandai cool.

Now put this thandai into the glass and after that put soaked kesar milk on it and garnish with rose petals

Serve the chilled, healthy and energetic thandai
