Clean all your ingredients.

Peel your potatoes and cut into wedges.

In a clean sufuria, bring water to boil, add salt then put all your wedges. Boil for 10 mins.

Pre heat your oven at 150 degrees and grease your baking tray.

Drain your potatoes and put them in your baking tray.
- 6
Bake/ roast them for 15- mins or till ready.
- 7
Once ready remove them from the oven and serve while hot.
