Steps

Heat a thick bottomed pan, add milk stir for 5-8 minutes.

Add phirni/ soaked grind rice, cook till rice completely cooked.

Add saffron milk, add sugar, cardamom powder, cloves.
- 4
When phirni is thickens off heat.
- 5
Transfer the phirni into serving dishes and chill in refrigerator garnish with nuts.
