1/4 tspsea salt
1 cupcrushed ice
3/4 tbspgarlic powder
3/4 tbsponion powder

Add pork chops into the bowl.

Add crushed ice

Let sit in for 15 minutes covered.

Fry pork chops in a large skillet for 15 minutes. With a bit of the juice. Turn as needed.
