Ingredients

  1. 2Carrots
  2. 1Onion
  3. 1Celery stalk
  4. 10Dried ground chiles (smaller is spicier)
  5. 3/4 boxChicken stock
  6. 2 dashSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mince carrots, onions, celery. Sautée veggies

  2. 2

    Seed, devein, rough chop and grind chiles

  3. 3

    Add chiles to veggies - toast slightly

  4. 4

    Add chicken stock, salt to taste.
