Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupsoftened butter
  • 1/2 cuppacked brown sugar
  • 2 tspvanilla
  • 1eggs
  • 2 3/4 cupKing Arthur gluten free baking mix
  • 1/3 cupmilk
  • 1 cupchocolate chips

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large mixing bowl mix first 4 ingredients

  2. 2

    Stir in baking mix

  3. 3

    Stir in milk and chocolate chips

  4. 4

  5. 5

    Drop dough by rounded tablespoon onto a lightly greased cookie sheet and mash down lightly. ( cookies do not spread like regular cookies)

  6. 6

    Bake at 375° for about 12 minutes

  7. 7

    Remove from cookie sheet and cool on a wire rack.
