Accidental Green Bean Soup

One night I was going through things in the fridge and the cupboards trying to come up with something for dinner and came upon two cans of green beans that needed to be used up. While preparing the green beans I thought it would be nice to add some flavor to it, so I put soy sauce in along with celery salt, onions, diced tomatoes, parsley, thyme, black pepper, and dill (and also some water seeing as the liquid level was low). Then I thought it could also use a light kick, so out came the salsa. After all of this, I finally smelled and tasted it and realized that it closely resembled a vegetable stew.
