This was a trial and error until I got it tight this time but of course with the help of a friend who is foodie.

This was a trial and error until I got it tight this time but of course with the help of a friend who is foodie.

(To make the red sauce for lasagne) in a bowl pour in some chopped tomatoes, half red chilli pepper, red pesto, all purpose seasoning, black pepper, 2 fresh garlic cloves (grated)

Line the slow cooker with a liner to make it easier to get out.

Mix diced beef into red sauce, layer it in slow cooker and add lasagne sheet then add white sauce repeat followed by grated cheese. Cook on low heat for 5 hours. Add more cheese before serving.

(To make slow cooked potatoes) slice potatoes like crisp shape then season with 2tbs of cooking oil, paprika, salt and garlic/rosemary seasoning.

Cook on high roasting bag, sat in boiling water for 3hours.

Add an extra sprinkle of paprika before serving.

Serve with Cucumber tomatoes salad
