Steps

Grind the left Rice with Urad Daal with the help of water according to the thickness and then add little beat salt and Spread it in Idli Sacha. Steam it. Idli ready!!

For Sambar, cook the dal and then provide a Tadka with the help of Red Chillies, Jeera, Onions, Tomatoes. Add drumsticks. After 5 mins, mix Sambar masala and stir it till the desired thickness.
