8 ozfirm tofu (squared/diced)
1 cupbell pepper (sliced)
1 cupbroccoli flowers
2 tspolive oil
1 tspsea salt to taste
1 tsplemon pepper spice to taste

Add the olive oil to pan. Sautee the tofu and add the pepper and broccoli.
