  • 8 ozfirm tofu (squared/diced)
  • 1 cupbell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 cupbroccoli flowers
  • 2 tspolive oil
  • 1 tspsea salt to taste
  • 1 tsplemon pepper spice to taste

    Heat pan.

    Add the olive oil to pan. Sautee the tofu and add the pepper and broccoli.

    Mix and stir. Add sea salt and lemon pepper to taste.
