Ingredients

  • 12 ozeach four steaks
  • 1 quartwater
  • 250 mlpon shabu eight and a half ounces
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • 1 tspcornstarch

Steps

  1. 1

    boil steak in quart of water heat pon shabu sauce in a pot take off heat

  2. 2

    take steak cut across the grain into quarters traditional is much thinner

  3. 3

    add beef to shabu sauce boil for 4 minutes mix cornstarch and quarter cup of water stir in till thickens take off heat serve
