Simple Chopped Pork and Onion Curry Flavored Stir-Fry

I made various types of curry-flavored meat stir-fries from recipe books, but I was rarely able to get it to turn out how I wanted.
I figured I would think of a recipe myself, tried several times, and was finally able to come up with a taste that I could approve of~ .
This is delicious .
This burns easily if you over-sauté, so be careful after adding the flavoring ingredients.
You can if course, use meat other than pork offcuts.
Season with salt and pepper for the finishing touch while checking the taste.
This calls for lots of onions, so reduce the amount if you dislike them . For 2 peoples. Recipe by Iku..

Steps
- 1
Place the meat and ★ ingredients into a bag, and rub in well. Cut the onion in half vertically, and then slice horizontally. I recommend thick slices, but you can also cut thinly.
- 2
Mix the ● ingredients together.
- 3
Add sesame oil and garlic to a Teflon or nonstick pan, spread out the meat slices from Step 1 and add to the pan, turn on the heat, and begin to sauté.
- 4
Once the meat has browned, add the onions and sauté more. Add the sauce from Step 2 around the pan after the onions have wilted and sauté together.
- 5
Turn off the heat once the sauce has covered everything, season with salt and pepper, and arrange on plates. Add lots of salt and pepper. If you don't use enough, then the taste will be bland.
- 6
This is great with black pepper. Increase the curry powder to 2 heaping teaspoons if you want to spice this up. If you like sweet curry or are making this for children, then add a bit of sugar.
